Shipments

We strive to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours after receipt of your payment (subject to availability of  product).
However, this delay may extend up to 30 days maximum (in accordance with the European law). The goods are shipped via GLS with a tracking service but does not include recorded delivery. If you prefer a recorded delivery service, an additional charge applies, please advise accordingly.

Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will provide you with a tracking link as soon as possible for you to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and delivery. The basic standard rate for shipping is fixed, however for heavier orders there could be a slight adjustment to this charge. We recommend that you to group your purchases into one single order.
We can not group two distinct orders once they have been placed, in such a case you would be charged shipping for each individual order.
Your order is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile parcels.
