Should you change your mind, you may contact our office and request a return authorisation note to return the unused item(s) in its (their) original packaging unopened, together with all accessories, user manuals and documentation to:

CORIOT LTD will refund goods returned excluding postage. The return costs are borne by the customer. The products remain the property of the customer until confirmed receipt by CORIOT LTD. Refund will be effected within 15 days of receipt of the goods.
CORIOT LTD will not be held responsible for non-compliance with regulations and laws which may be in force in the country of receipt of the goods, the responsibility CORIOT LTD is always limited to the value of the product in question, at the date of the transaction and with no recourse against the brand or manufacturer of the product.
Additionally, the client also enjoys a further legal guarantee in relation to hidden defects (Article 1625 of the Civil Code) for a period of 30 days (after receipt of the goods), provided that the buyer can prove the hidden defect. In this case, the product must be returned to CORIOT LTD and it will be exchanged and shipped to the customer without charge. If the product is no longer available, CORIOT LTD will reimburse the defective product within 15 days. Shipping costs incurred in returning the faulty product will be refunded to the extent of CORIOT LTD's own shipping rates in the form of a non-refundable coupon valid for a period of one-year only and to be redeemed against purchases on our site.
WARNING: Any equipment returned without prior approval from our service department will be refused. DVDs, CDs and books can not be returned or exchanged.

You are given 30 days (from receipt of the goods) to exchange a product. Provided that it is still new, unused and in its un-opened original packaging with all accessories, user manuals and documentation. Shipping costs incurred for such a return are to be borne by the customer.
CORIOT LTD, as a commercial gesture, will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product. In the event of unavailability of the requested exchange product, CORIOT LTD will supply a non-refundable coupon valid for a period of one-year only and to be redeemed against purchases on our site.
IMPORTANT: Any product not meeting these conditions (used condition, missing part, damaged packaging ...) can not be exchanged.
