The website nordiwalkingint.com is owned by CORIOT LTD in its entirety, and all rights pertaining thereto. Reproduction in whole or in part, is systematically subjected to the authorization of the owners. However, the hypertext links to the site are permitted without specific requests.
1 - Acceptance of Terms
The customer acknowledges having read at the time of ordering, the conditions of sale stated on this screen and accepts them without reservation.
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between CORIOT LTD and client, both parties accepting them without reservation. These terms and conditions prevail over all other conditions contained in any other document, except in the event of prior written consent.
2 - Products
The photographs illustrating the products are not contractual. If errors should occur, at no point will CORIOT LTD be made liable.
3 - Order
The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. CORIOT LTD confirms the acceptance of purchase order to the email address provided. The sale will be concluded only after the confirmation of the order. CORIOT LTD reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order. The information given by the buyer when placing an order is final. In the event of an error in the recipient's address provided, the seller will not be held responsible for failing to deliver
the product.
4 - Delivery
Upon confirmation CORIOT LTD agrees to hand over to its carrier, all items ordered by the purchaser and this as quickly as possible, depending on the nature and availability of the product. The carrier is bound by contract with CORIOT LTD to deliver the order to the address provided by the buyer to CORIOT LTD.
Any orders placed with CORIOT LTD are intended for personal use by customers. Re-sale in part or as a whole of CORIOT LTD 's products is strictly forbidden .
SPIDERNET is not responsible for any tax liability should any local tax payments not be paid by the client. Goods are dispatched within the agreed time frame and sent directly to the addressee, or in his absence, another person authorised by the customer. Possible delivery delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.
In relation to technical products, the customer will pay particular attention to ensure proper functioning of the equipment delivered and read the instruction manual supplied with it. If the product is found to be defective, the buyer has the right to return the faulty item as per the terms stipulated in this document.
Force Majeure events such as war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and broken chain of supply will release the seller from his obligation to deliver. Goods always travel at the risk of the recipient. Always check your parcel upon arrival. You have 48 hours to file a claim with the carrier in the event of missing or damaged goods.
Due to availability, an order may be delivered in more than one dispatch at no extra cost to the customer. Should the customer requests two separate deliveries, then two orders should be placed with corresponding delivery charges.
5 - Cancellation
You have 7 days (from receipt of the order) to assess the goods supplied. Should you change your mind, you may contact our office and request a return authorisation note to return the unused item(s) in its (their) original packaging unopened, together with all accessories, user manuals and documentation to:

CORIOT LTD will refund goods returned excluding postage. The return costs are borne by the customer. The products remain the property of the customer until confirmed receipt by CORIOT LTD. Refund will be effected within 15 days of receipt of the goods.
6 - Price
All prices are quoted in euros. Prices quoted on the product descriptions do not include shipping. The price stated in the order confirmation is the final price, including all taxes and VAT from the country of origin. This price includes the price of products, handling, packaging, storage of goods, freight and commissioning.
7 - Payment
The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by CORIOT LTD. The product price is payable on the day of the order. Payment is by credit card bearing the initials CB. Our Online payment system takes place in a secure environment. The order validated by the customer shall be considered effective only when the payment processing centre has given its aproval.
In the event of a transaction being declined by the payment processing centre, the order will be cancelled and the customer notified by email. Moreover, CORIOT LTD reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a unsatisfied dispute.
8 - Litigation
This contract is subject to French law. CORIOT LTD can not be held liable for damages of any kind, either bodily or material that could result from a malfunction or improper use of the sold products. This also applies for any changes resulting from the manufacturing of the product. The responsibility of CORIOT LTD will in any case be limited to the value of the order and can not be blamed for minor errors or omissions that may occur despite all precautions taken in presenting the products. In case of a disagreement in the implementation of this contract, the buyer has the option, before taking any legal action to seek an amicable solution with the aid of a professional association for the industry, a consumer association or any other counsel of his choice. It is noted however that any time spent in looking for an amicable solution does not extend in any way the period of the legal guarantee, nor the duration of the warranty.
It is also noted that generaly and subject to the discretion of the Courts, the provisions of this contract relating to
the contractual guarantee assumes that the buyer has fulfilled its financial obligations towards the seller.
Complaints or disputes will always be received with great care, good faith is always presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their position. In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution. Failing which, the Court has exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of delivery location and method of payment accepted.
9 - Warranty
CORIOT LTD will not be held responsible for non-compliance with regulations and laws which may be in force in the country of receipt of the goods, the responsibility CORIOT LTD is always limited to the value of the product in question, at the date of the transaction and with no recourse against the brand or manufacturer of the product.
Additionally, the client also enjoys a further legal guarantee in relation to hidden defects (Article 1625 of the Civil Code) for a period of 30 days (after receipt of the goods), provided that the buyer can prove the hidden defect. In this case, the product must be returned to SPIDERNET and it will be exchanged and shipped to the customer without charge. If the product is no longer available, CORIOT LTD will reimburse the defective product within 15 days. Shipping costs incurred in returning the faulty product will be refunded to the extent of SPIDERNET's own shipping rates in the form of a non-refundable coupon valid for a period of one-year only and to be redeemed against purchases on our site.
WARNING: Any equipment returned without prior approval from our service department will be refused. DVDs, CDs and books can not be returned or exchanged.

10 - Exchange
You are given 30 days (from receipt of the goods) to exchange a product. Provided that it is still new, unused and in its un-opened original packaging with all accessories, user manuals and documentation. Shipping costs incurred for such a return are to be borne by the customer.
CORIOT LTD, as a commercial gesture, will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product. In the event of unavailability of the requested exchange product, CORIOT LTD will supply a non-refundable coupon valid for a period of one-year only and to be redeemed against purchases on our site.
IMPORTANT: Any product not meeting these conditions (used condition, missing part, damaged packaging ...) can not be exchanged.
11 - Legal
Personal information collected for purposes of remote online sales is required, this information is essential for the processing and delivery of orders, preparing invoices and warranty contracts. Lack of information leads to the invalidation of the order. In accordance with the law relating to the processing of personal data about customers, CORIOT LTD is subject to a declaration with the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL). The client (Article 34 of the Act of 6 January 1978) has a right to access, modify, rectify and delete any such data and can request such alterations from CORIOT LTD. In addition, CORIOT LTD will not communicate under any circumpstance, any customer details they hold to any third party.
